Professional Products for Your Skin Care Routine

Dr. Lynn Klein and our team at Aesthetic Dermatology believe in the power of medical-grade skincare products that patients can use at home. We offer several skincare lines to treat specific skincare conditions or simply to maintain healthy, beautiful skin. They can be used by themselves or to complement the results of an in-office treatment.

These product lines include the following:

Revision Skincare®

The Revision Skincare® collection is made up of clinically proven, high performing products to improve the health and appearance of aging skin and acne. Products are formulated to cleanse, moisturize, protect, exfoliate and tone the skin. Best sellers include Nectifirm®, D·E·J Eyecream, Hydrating Serum® and Intellishade® SPF 45.

EltaMD® has developed products for wound healing for more than two decades. There is an EltaMD® product for every skin type, lifestyle and special need. Each option gently, yet effectively, addresses critical skin care problems. EltaMD’s® innovative skincare products cleanse, moisturize and repair visible signs of aging. The sun care line prevents sunburn and reduces the risk of skin cancer and premature photodamage.

Oxygenetix® is an award-winning product line that promotes skin health. The breathable foundation is formulated to increase oxygen uptake, trigger skin cell production and promote a quick healing process after an in-office treatment.

SkinMedica® professional skin care products are based on nearly 20 years of research and clinical experience. Products contain high-quality key ingredients, such as growth factors, retinoids, antioxidants, hyaluronic acid and peptides, to minimize signs of aging and enhance the skin’s overall appearance. Options include hydrating creams, moisturizers, cleansers, serums and sunscreens.

Latisse® is a topical treatment to thicken, lengthen and darken eyelashes. It is the first and only FDA-approved treatment for inadequate or not enough lashes. It is prescribed in cases of eyelash hypotrichosis, which is a condition of having inadequate or not enough eyelashes.

A drop or two of the product should be applied to the skin of the upper eyelid at the base of the eyelashes. It should not be applied to the lower eyelid. Excess product should be blotted with a tissue to prevent hair growth in other areas of the skin that Latisse® frequently touches. Individuals with a history of abnormal intraocular pressure should carefully consult with a physician before using Latisse®. Latisse® should be used nightly for 16 weeks to achieve the full effect.

Latisse® has been known to cause darkening of the eyelid skin, which is reversible with discontinued use. In some cases, product use has been linked to a change in eye color.
